Would this fit the frame of a woman who’s a size 4 dress?

@karoni14 it would definitely fit on the bottom- the wrap portion of the dress gives you flexibility to make it looser or tighter. I personally have this in black in a size small and it fits me well. (I’m a true size 4 on the top as well)- hope this helps!
