NWT Forever21 Black Lace Bell Sleeve Dress

This is a brand new, never worn, Forever 21 dress that is a black lace material with a cream underlay. Dress had open holes at the midriff just above the hips to accentuate curves, tattoos, you name it. Back neckline drops a little lower than the front and overall this is a very form fitting and flattering piece, just a little too short for me! So I’ll take measurements upon request.
