cindyz421 @byeatman Hi, this Top, I believe is a "true large" size. It's an Open Wrap-Around top with tie, so it can be adjusted to as tight or as loose as you prefer. The measurements with Laying flat are: armpit to armpit: 21 inches length from down the center 23 inches Sleeve length (3/4 style) 19 inches. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks !! 🤗

cindyz421 @byeatman Hi, no worries! The Sleeve width at the top is 7 inches and the bottom sleeve opening is 7 inches. The widest part of the Sleeve is 12 inches, which is part of the ruffle laying flat. Hope this helps. 😊

cindyz421 @byeatman Hi, oh okay. The sleeve is like a "Bell Sleeve" style in 3/4 inch length with added ruffles. It's a light weight fabric too.
