NWT Forever 21 Cream & Black Sleeveless Dress

NWT Dress from Forever 21 in size Large. The top has a beautiful lace-like pattern and buttoned slits on the backside. The bottom is black with a gold zipper. There is a small hole on the front left side of the waistline that isn’t visible when worn. I’ve included a picture of it above.
