birchandbubbly @xtinamtfer bust is a touch over 14" lying flat (not filled out) and under bust is 12". The dress has a significant amount of stretch though. I range from a 4/6/8 and it fits ... just a touch short for me at my age, I'm 5'8", and it falls upper thigh. If your 30's or under, it's perfect party length!
