NWT Floral Cropped Ruched Waist Blouse

NEW with tags ruched waist & sleeves blouse! NEVER WORN!! I had the neckline altered at a professional tailor to be raised 1/2-1 inch to be a bit less revealing at the bust as shown in pic #2. Fits size small/medium. I’m selling because my husband is not as big a fan as I was of the floral print and smocked style! No flaws or defects. Puffy sleeves and tight at the waist—very flattering and slimming. Perfect, unworn condition!
