Brand New with Tags Fiorucci Mini Dress in Navy Blue and Red Stripes with the raised logo of "Drag Race Milk" and "Fiorucci University 1967" all in raised, felt Mustard yellow color. Size 40/Small Approximate measurements while laid flat: Pit to pit 16.5" Waist 15" Length 30" After looking at the black elastic strap that connects the back right shoulder to the front left shoulder, my conclusion (guess) is that the left shoulder (of the dress) is meant to be worn off-the-shoulder….maybe???? The elastic strap is black, made of lace and it's adjustable. It looks just like a bra strap.
