NWT Felix The Cat Uncle Sam Patriotic Red White Blue Plush 2003

Pre owned vintage Felix plush 2003. NWT. Hat has some darkening on the white stripes. There's a few little stain spots under his coat tails. He has been gone over and lint rolled but has some little fiber fuzz. See pictures. Measures about 17" tall
