Widest part of the hips are about 17" flat can stretch to 18 or 19" , the most narrow part of the waist where the lace is is about 14"flat and can stretch up to 16" and the bust laid flat is about 16" and can stretch up to 19" but would be slightly varied based on cup size ..its pretty stretchy but a thick substantial material...content is polyester/spandex
