New with tag Farm Rio Heart Ivy scarf light yellow midi skirt. Looks and feels like satin and is a polyester/rayon. Beautiful colors and nice drape. Skirt has pockets on both sides and an A line cut. Elasticized waist band. Wash cold and hang to dry. 12.5" across at natural waist below last rib and above hips when lying flat (fitting a 25" waist). The waist band in back however is a 12" elastic band. This allows skirt to be pulled on and off which also allows the bonus of more give in the waist when wearing if needed. Skirt is 32" long. I listed the Farm Rio size charts in photos. They state that an xs is a size 0-2 but that its "easy fit". A size 4 can get this on and wear this but waist band is going to be more snug. I'm petite so I purchased a size down because I didnt want to hem it. Fit also depends on your body type and preferences of course so i cant say with 💯 confidence it would fit anyone above a 2. It would definitely be too tight on a size 6.
