danalovestosell @kelly_bison I kept trying to tag the name that shows up on my chat is KB01096. I kept wondering why it said no user found lol. You must've changed your name in order for it to update. You have to log out of Poshmark and back in and then your name will change to your new name in the chat. I was so confused lol.
