NWT FREDERICK’S OF HOLLYWOOD Lace Collar & Cuffs

Brand new black lace collar and cuffs set from Frederick’s of Hollywood. Collar is one size, measuring 16 inches (non-stretch), with button closure. If your neck is smaller, you can move the button by sewing it onto a different part of the collar and cutting the rest off (which is what I would probably do). You can remove the label as well for a clean look. Cuffs are elastic so you can take them on and off easily. Very pretty and sexy set. Retail $34.50, discontinued.
