spotstopshop@marlamae5 hi there! So I would say it’s more of a lemon yellow. Brighter but not obnoxious. Very Euro summer ready! I don’t have the measurements on hand, i will get them for you when i got back to office tomorrow. For the most part, it fits a 12/14 perfectly because the upper part has stretch. A loose 12, a on point 14.
