NWT Express White Double Button Wrap Top Small

NWT White Textured double button wrap top. Marked a size small. Sorry it looks a wrinkled on the dress form. It's been sitting in the plastic it came in. I'm just too short wasted for this to work. I hope it can find a good home because it's super cute.
