NWT Express Red/Fuchsia cutout maxi dress

NWT small Express red and fuchsia/pink maxi dress. Cut out strappy back. Straps and corset back are very adjustable for different bust sizes. Waist is approx 13 inches across but stretches quite a bit. Skirt length (not including bust region) is approx 44 inches long. Been in smoke free home and not exposed to dog or cat hair. Chiffon type material. Never worn, no flaws. Please note in the cover photo the bottom of the skirt is in a shadow. The dress is not ombre.
