NWT Express Ivory Women's Blouse

Chic short sleeve ivory blouse with cap sleeves. Ideal for versatile styling. New with tags. There is a tiny pinpoint size black speck on the front shoulder (see last photo). It looks like a speck of dust but didn’t come out with a lint roller. I presume it will wash out but can’t say for sure. This item is from a fragrance-free, pet-free, smoke-free home. I purchased it new and have never laundered it in products containing fragrance.
