NWT Europe Esprit Dress Navy size XL

Chic dark navy blue dress has beautiful open stitch detailing on front button placket and across back near shoulders. Long sleeves with button cuff. Fabric feels like a very comfortable rayon. It is not lined. I would suggest wearing with slip. Purchased in Germany. Size tag shows US4 but definitely is not! I was size 14 when I purchased. Photo look black but it is definitely a dark navy. Approximate measurments: Pit-to pit=23” Sleeve=24” Length=37”
