NWT English Factory Flared Shirt Dress w/ Rick Rack Trim Size S

New with tags English Factory shirt dress has a flared skirt with fitted button-up style top and features a navy rick rack trim detail along both sides of the button front and navy piping on the sleeve cuffs. Side zip and button-up front is functional. 100% Cotton shell, dress skirt lining is 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex. Rick rack trim/piping accents are mostly Rayon. There is what looks like pen marks on two spots of the left sleeve - they are faint and most likely could be treated with bleach and come out! There is also a small 1/2" tear at the top of the zipper side. See last four pictures. Smoke free and pet free home!
