New with tags, Ellen Tracy black tunic style top. Ruffled on the sides. The sleeves are a bit shorter than what is found on regular woman's tops but they are not a true 3/4" sleeves. Please see the measurements. It has a detachable gold tone necklace. The tag shows you how to adjust it. 95 percent polyester and 5 percent spandex so it has some give to it. Wear it 2 ways.
