NWT Elle Silver Black Brocade Cocktail Dress 4

This dress is so adorable! I bought it several years ago and have never had the chance to wear it so it's time to pass it along. the brocade is stunning and really catches the light. It's sort of a vintage style dress that reminds me of the 1960s. The top is sheer black. Side zip. New with tags. Approximate measurements: waist 27", bust 34", length 34.5" GREAT FOR VALENTINE'S DAY!
