New with tags. Gold embroidery and rhinestones on front & back of bodice. Bust has padding. Sheer fabric above the bust and upper back. Dress gradually flares out below the bodice with 2 layers of fabric. The outer layer is sheer chiffon with solid red lining underneath. Full zipper on the backside. See last picture of the unzipped zipper. Please read the care tag. It says spot clean only. I highly recommend blow drying on low after removing the spot until it is dry to avoid water stains on the fabric.
