NWT ELLE Blue and White Thin Striped Denim Jacket

Brand new with tags. Elle denim jacket with thin blue and white stripes. It's supposed to be a cropped jacket but not on me because I'm 5'2" 🙈 Shoulder to hem measures approx. 18". It's super cute but I've found that I don't like how I look in collars. It's been sitting in my closet since I purchased it about 6 months ago.
