New with tags. Zero defects of any sort. Second picture is stock photo from JCPenney (where I bought the dress and let the return window close, darn it!) and the rest are the actual item for sale. Perceptions Petite moss/hunter green fit and flare dress, size PL (Petite Large) -Pullover. -Wrap style, though it is one-piece, sewn in place in the wrap style (i.e. you don't have to do the wrapping!). -Approximately knee length, slightly below. -V-neck. -Short sleeve. -Twist at left side waist highlights your waistline and falls in a gently pleat, for a cute feature. -Handkerchief hemline. -99% polyester/1% Spandex knit. -Approximate measurements: 17" across chest (not stretched), waist 15.5" (not stretched), length 42" from shoulder to longest pieces of handkerchief hem. The shortest pieces are about 36" long.
