NWT Dress Barn Signature Fit Pink Capris size 16P

These stretchy Dress Barn capri pants are so comfortable in a very light shade of pink. Classic styling with pockets, belt loops and NWT. There is a small black dot ⚫️ on the left back leg that is really not noticeable, but not sure it is removable. Please see pictures! It looks as though the capris were touched with the very tip of a Sharpie?
