NWT - Donald J. Pliner Rhys Metallic Silver Leather Floral Brocade Ankle Boots

These amazing boots are brand new with the tags attached. One of the tags has water damage, but the shoes are unharmed and have never been worn. They are made of silver and black floral brocade leather and have elastic inserts on the side… which I guess kind of makes them Chelsea Boots??the heels are approximately 3 1/2” high.
