NWT Disney Parks Cinderella capped sleeves midi cosplay dress size 2X(flawed)

This is a brand new dress from Disney parks. This dress is in excellent condition except for the loop around the top button on the back. I have taken a picture of it and found out that it’s fairly easy to fix for the right person. This items measurements are 48 inches pit to pit. The waist is 40 inches and the length is 43 inches.
