NWT Dillard’s Floral Dress

Dillard’s white, cobalt blue, and turquoise floral dress. New with tag. Bought to wear to the KY Derby but never ended up wearing it. It has a blue tie in the back, see picture. Thicker straps than a spaghetti strap dress. I am 5’5 and upon trying on, it’s a classy length on me, not too short or long. Size 3/4. Built in bra. B. DARLIN brand (Smoke free home).
