Color block (nude/black) strapless dress. Side zipper, fitted bustier, flared skirt with pockets. NWT, one hanger mark that I’m sure can be steamed out (I’m not going to store in on the hanger again). It has interior loops for a strap, but I have never seen this style shown that way. Size 8 the mannequin is a 6 so it may run a bit smaller—see photos for measurements. Fabric feels like weighty jersey. LC
