NWT Delfi Collection Frankie Green Floral Gathered Dress - M

I purchased this at either Free People or Anthropologie for an event but ended up going with a different dress and never ended up wearing this. It’s super cute - the Mannequin is a size too small and doesn’t do it justice! The bottom can be gathered using a pull-string. First photo is not gathered. Second photos is about 40% gathered. I think it was Delfi x Frankie but can’t remember exactly. Solid medium true fit, forgiving dress shape. Light and breezy - unlined * Bust: 31.5" * Waist: 27" * Hip: 40" * Length: 48"
