This is deadstock from the 2000s. Tulle was a great brand they were carried at places like Modcloth and Anthropologie. They had a vintage vibe and their goods were made with quality fabric and construction. This fabric has some weight to it and no stretch. This dress does have pockets. The dress has a back zip and is lined at the bust. Seams have taping and hems are double turned. I have this dress in other colors and sizes.
