This is deadstock from the early 2000s. This is from a Korean brand and was purchased during the early days of Korean Fashion imports. It was before the sizing and labeling became more universal. THIS ITEM RUNS SMALL, it is marked as a small but is more like an XSmall. I have in more sizes and in Navy. It is mostly chiffon with delicate satin ruffles. It has a hidden side zip and a back waist tie. I've adjusted the sizing in the options, Small=XS, Med=S,Large=M.
