This is deadstock from the early 2000s. This was a brand out of Seattle which made some beautiful clothing and was featured in major fashion magazines. brand runs a little large so please check the measurements. I'll be listing a number of different styles from them. This dress is a gorgeous retro style dress with jewel cut brass toned buttons. Dress has no stretch and a hidden back zipper.
