NWT Dark blue, lightweight, Torrid shrug

Lightweight shrug in navy. It has "bat wing" sleeves, so couldn't really get a pit to pit measurement. I bought this for a work event, and I ended up not wearing it. It's just been sitting in my closet since purchase.
