NWT Damaged Zara Dress, S

NEW with dags, but damaged. My friend's teenage daughter needs to sell 3 of her dresses to start saving up for prom. This one is a Zara mini asymmetrical bow dress in a vibrant golden yellow. Size Small. Measures approximately 24" neck to hem and 12" pit to pit. Unlined. Although this dress is new, the bust seam on the right side has a fingertip-length tear. I believe this could be fixed, as it is right on the seam. It is also largely hidden by the bow. From pet-friendly and smoke-free home.
