princessatsea @janetb190 I just added the Size chart from the Cynthia Rowley site for this dress. Hopefully this will help. With the elastic waist, I feel it could work for either size.

princessatsea @janetb190 The shipping is done directly with posh mark. I'm actually not involved in that. Once a buyer buy something, they send me a label. I put it on a box and take it to the post office with prepaid shipping. So the best I can do is have it at the post office tomorrow morning. Postmark fees do already have expedieated shipping, but it won't be one or two day.
