aaamazstuff OK so lying flat in the waist is 14 inches but it is elastic it measures 18 inches across the chest. I would say probably fits more like a 10/12.

aaamazstuff @louisegibbs From the neckline to the bottom of the shorts is about 24 inches. Measuring from the straps that go around the shoulders at their longest length to the bottom of the shorts is about 31 inches.

aaamazstuff @louisegibbs That’s ok the waist on the small is about 12 1/2” and the medium is 13”. There’s elastic on the waist.
