SL Fashions Petite New with tags Size Petite 4P Gorgeous vintage/retro styled short sleeve collar button dress. Upper section is a cream color and lower skirt portion is a navy blue. Functional button enclosures down along the front of the dress, includes a spare button. Lace embellishment along the bust on the front. Non-removable shoulder pads. Darts sewn on the front and the back. 100% polyester exclusive of decoration. Made in El Salvador, fabric imported from Korea. Maxi length, I am 5'1 for reference. There are some markings and some seem to be from manufacture of the fabric. See photos. Approximate measurement: Length - 48 in Shoulder - 15 in Sleeve length - 9 in Pit to pit - 18 in Photos are taken on an Iphone 14 in natural lighting. Color may be off due to camera and lighting.
