NWT Cordova Signature Belted OTB Ski Suit Cloud White Women’s Size Petite Small

New With Tags White with Black stripe Cordova one-piece Women's Ski Suit ( plastic protections are also still on zippers and belt). My husband bought this for me for my birthday but the chest is too tight (I'm 5'3 and length is great but have D cups). Cordova lists this petit size as equal to size 0-2 but for women 5'4" and shorter. I love it but have never worn because it is just a tad too tight in the chest.
