NWT! Cooan Elegant Blue Sequined Holiday Dress. Small (2-4, Possibly 6)

This beauty has been hanging in my closet for a while with the tags still attached! Cleaning things out & this one could use a new home. I just don't know where I'll wear it to be honest - I'll probably find others for the holiday season. Bought from Amazon within this past year. This fits right in all the right places. Doesn't have baggy extra fabric. Size small, but comfortably fits a 4 - a 6 may even be happy in this piece.
