I have a brand new, with tags, black maxi dress by City Chic. It’s still in it’s shipping bag, I haven’t taken it out since I wasn’t sure id be able to get it back in neatly. I have the same dress that I love in a different color, I just missed the return window on this one 😭. Super comfy, a little stretch, and very beautiful. Size XL, so a City Chic size 22.
