Cider kittens skort is NWT. I came across a few faint specks on inner lining near zip-see photo - otherwise, no flaws noted. This is a a basic fitted skort with with a side zip and darts for shape. It has no pockets. The material is jacquard and features an amazing all over kittens print! Measures app'x: 22 across waist, 29 across hips and 19 long. The fabric is not stretchy, and the background color is called coffee. 4XL is same as 24, according to brand website.
