NWT Chico's black double knit pull on straight classic rise pants, Chico's size 0 (size US 4/short). Elastic waist with slits at ankle. Note that these are NOT "short", see flat measurements for reference. When I purchased these I questioned the clerk on the length since they were labeled as short and she said it was somewhat of a misprint, as this style was either labeled as short or tall, with the tall actually being tall and the short as regular length.
