This dress by Celine is super sexy, true vintage Y2K from the 2003 runway! This dress is brand new with tag still on and impossible to find! Dress is a pull on style with wide neckline that can be worn off shoulder, draped cowl style back and ruched details up the entire body. Has long arm openings that show off some side boob! Fabric is a rayon/spandex blend with lots of stretch. Dress has a few white marks from being tried on in store (nothing major) and the brand tag has come detached on one side (see pic, could reattach if you want). Dress is brand new with tag still on!
