NWT CeCe Green Strapless Floral Dress

This stunning strapless Katie May Cece dress features a striking high low design with tiered ruffles. Brand: Katie May Style: Cece Size: Small (although in my opinion, this dress runs slightly small. Would probably be good for an xs/s or size 2 comfortably. Can provide measurements if needed.) MSRP: $415 Condition: NWT. I’ve never worn this dress although since it’s been in storage it has some runs, loose strings, dust marks (pictured in the listing). There is one bigger callout near the bottom of the zipper. There is some tearing there, this could potentially be fixed by a tailor. There is boning in the top of the dress to help keep the dress’s structure. There are wrinkles in the picture as I didn’t steam before listing.
