NWT COACIA SLVLSS VNECK TIERED PEASANT DRESS SZ 14

Bought for me but just too small in the bust..darn! The dress is labeled xxl but no way! It would only fit size 14 or a smaller busted 16.. not a D cup for sure! Still has a tag and is really well made in a silky poly fabric that you could easily throw a sweater over and tights and boots for cooler weather. Stand up collar with open v overlapped bodice. Bust is 25" measured from armhole to armhole. Raised bodice with Triple tiered skirt and below knee styling, midi if you are like me..shorter. the length is 41" from shoulder to hem. Never worn.
