NWT Cato size large awesome fall colors in stripes waist has elastic in the back and ties. Skirt if fully lined. Very versatile for just a boho kinda day or great for Thanksgiving fall festival or even work. I personally would wear it either with just a white t-shirt and my Timberlake high heel work boots or if it was cooler boots and a jacket. I love this skirt. If I would go anywhere to wear it I’d keep it lol
