New with tags C Cato junior/misses sportswear denim blue jean skirt is plus size 16. The front has a shiny coating on front like it has glitter, but there is no glitter. Iridescent is how I’d say it is. The back is normal. Tag says V Light Wash. Denim Jean Skirt has belt loops, rivets, 5 pockets and close with a button and zipper. There is a 4” slit in back and hem was made to be frayed. Made in China of 58% Cotton 27% Polyester 14% Rayon 1% Spandex. Waist 38” Length 23” long.
