New with tags. Brooks Brothers black and white hibiscus flower print. Size 10, long zipper on back for easy on and off. Very high quality. 38” from shoulder to bottom hem. I’m 5’7”, and it falls at my knee. There are closed pleats in front of each thigh, as seen in photo. Last close up photo shows light texture of fabric. This is the BB “346” line, which is there lower level line, which is why this was “only” $150 originally. In the regular high end BB line, dresses like this are $300-400. Any ? let me know.
