NWT Bright Fruit Themed Bow Tie Collar for Small Pets

Brand new. Pictures true to color. It has grapefruit, kiwis, and watermelons on it. The length of the bow tie is 3 inches, the width is 1.5 in. Circumference of the neck of the pet should be 15.2 in. Or less. It is adjustable with a sliding plastic adjuster (pic 2). It does not slip over the neck, it opens and closes using small plastic pieces that connect together (pic 3). This is NOT a breakaway collar so please be careful with your pets.
