Brand new. Pictures true to color. It has grapefruit, kiwis, and watermelons on it. The length of the bow tie is 3 inches, the width is 1.5 in. Circumference of the neck of the pet should be 15.2 in. Or less. It is adjustable with a sliding plastic adjuster (pic 2). It does not slip over the neck, it opens and closes using small plastic pieces that connect together (pic 3).
